I am a journalist and content strategist currently based between Bombay, India and Lisbon, Portugal. My work has appeared in several publications including the BBC, CNN, Bon Appétit, The Globe and Mail, HuffPost, The Independent, National Geographic Traveller India, South China Morning Post, and The Sydney Morning Herald. I write about food, mental health, social justice, travel, and culture.
I am also a former copywriter at R K SWAMY BBDO, an Indian agency which is a part of the global BBDO network. While there, I worked on digital campaigns and strategy ideation for brands such as Isuzu Motors India and Pampers.
I currently write content for Robert Half, a global human resources consulting firm, tailoring their blogs for their Singaporean and Australian audiences. Previously, I wrote content for Abbott India, the Indian wing of the global healthcare and research company.
As an editor, I have edited academic papers, doctoral theses, and fiction and memoir manuscripts. Currently, I have editing credits in two published books.
Having lived and worked in both Canada and Australia, I am comfortable working with American English, and British and Commonwealth English.
