I worked in news writing, photography and music design for some time, after obtaining my BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Iowa, I entered the field of human health and cosmetology and studied nutrition and alternative medicine at the hands of Dr. and nutritionist Muhammad Tanani. I studied training with the trainer, Dr. Safi El-Din Makkawi. And I ended up as a nutritionist and educator, helping people who care about health and bodybuilding, and publishing articles that help them.
