Director and Producer for High Quality Video Content
I’m an American Director and Producer, known for my highly creative advertising campaigns developed for digital and television. I started my career in the United States in 1994.
After graduating with a degree in audio and video engineering from Full Sail University, I got my first job at a Recording Studio in NY partially owned by Joe Bon Jovi at that time. In 1994 I became an Audio Engineer for The Studio of Linden Oaks where I got the opportunity to work with renowned musicians such as Chuck Mangione, Foreigner, Steve Gadd and many others. The studio was owned by Ferd Smith, creator of HBO's music theme and head of Jay advertising. At Linden Oaks, I participated in the production of several TV ads and Cable TV production.
In 1995 I began working as a freelance and started to be noticed for my work. In 1996, at age 29, i won my first Telly Award. My work has been seen nationwide and all around the World, including Brazil, UK, Japan and the United States.
I have worked for several Fortune 500 companies. In 1997, hired by CBS/Viacom, i worked as Chief Editor and Technical Director, both in Miami and New York. I also developed several in-house promos to promote CBS Telenoticia's programming, both in Portuguese and Spanish. In 1998 I was sent to Paris as a producer/editor for the World Cup, where I produced daily news packages. In 2000 I got an offer to be one of PSN Sport Channel's technical directors. Soon after, I became in 2001 a key element for PSN's Promo Department. I was then hired by The Walt Disney Television. As a Cast Member, I was assigned several functions including the position of writer/producer and editor for "The Disney Planet Show". I also worked as a Senior Creative Producer for the On-air Department at AMC Networks International Latin America and for HGTV and Food Network in Knoxville, TN.
I volunteer as a Lieutenant at the CAP-USAF Auxiliary, where I help prepare cadets for the Armed Forces.
