Bachelor's prepared nurse with an education in health coaching. I’ve been a nurse since 2006, spending the majority of my time in Pediatrics and NICU. After moving to a small town, I took a job as a health coach. I realized my true love in nursing was health improvement and education, but did not love the avenue I was taking. So, here I am. Using my platform to take health promotion to a whole new level. Personally, I am a mom of three boys and pastor's wife. Writing is my favorite form of communication, which I continue to grow in. I've found a knack for blogging and social media promotion, and know that it is never too late to find your sweet spot. This is it for me.
