I grew up with Yosemite as my backyard, and that molded my love for outdoors and imagination. Running around in Yosemite's woods had me naturally coming up with stories, and I made a first attempt at a novel at the tender age of seven.
Over the years, I learned a lot about the craft -- from obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities and Communications emphasizing in Creative Writing and Social Action, writing a book, and freelancing -- and am always looking to expand my skills. I'm bored if I'm not challenged, and I'm always seeking opportunities that will help me grow both as a person and a writer.
