Andy is a trained psychiatric nurse with nearly 30 years of experience. He is also a qualified Mindfulness Instructor and life coach trainee.
Andy is also a freelance writer and copywriter who specialises in mental health, self-development and spirituality. He has collaborated with magazines such as Ireland’s Own and organisations like the Galway Simon Community.
He is passionate about helping others grow into happier and more productive people. He also seeks to protect people's mental health and help heal those who have been affected.
