I wish to offer my writing skills in the fulfillment of a good, ethical purpose. I wrote term papers and thesis in the attainment of my MBA from De La Salle University. In my 25 years of banking experience with Land Bank of the Philippines, I prepared loan proposals for approval by top management. After availing of early retirement, I had a 15 year real estate brokerage experience where I did content materials for my google site and internet ads. I also wrote ebooks on loan collection and real estate. I have three PRC licenses in real estate brokerage, appraisal and consultancy.
