Beth Casey

Content Strategist, Copywriter, Ghostwriter, Writer, Editor

I specialize in writing about personal finance, FinTech, and FinServ. I also write about healthcare, travel, and beauty.

I write about money and how to use it better. That includes how to spend it, save it, make more of it, and grow it in ways that actually work in real life. I’ve helped brands like SheBanks, LoanDepot, and HomeLight turn complex financial topics into content their audiences understand and trust.

You can view more of my work at www.littlewritinghen.com.

I also run my own lifestyle blog and brand at www.frugalhen.com, where I write from a more personal, experience-driven perspective.

My work also covers healthcare, wellness, travel, and beauty. No matter the topic, my focus stays the same: clear, engaging content that connects with readers and drives results. I bring over a decade of professional experience across both B2B and B2C, with clients including Simply Medical, InsuranceMD, Office Practicum, Lodgify, ThinkReservations, and more.

And yes, I meet deadlines. Consistently.

During the week, I work as a Senior Content Strategist and Senior Editor for a hospitality-focused agency. I manage content from initial idea through to publication, including editorial calendars, topic strategy, SEO alignment, and editing across multiple writers and brands. I’ve overseen content for up to 15 brands per month, each with different audiences, voices, and goals. That includes blogs, newsletters, social campaigns, Google Business updates, and Pinterest content.

If you need someone who can do more than just write, someone who understands strategy, audience intent, and how content performs in today’s search landscape (SEO, AEO, GEO, EEAT), I can step in, match your voice, and deliver content that works.
