Summary: VR Systems Inc. is an elections technology vendor in Tallahassee, FL. The marketing team wanted to make a video story for their top product, the EViD Edge. I worked with the team and our filmmaker to create a video script and develop talking points.

For this landing page, I exhaustively researched our buyers, analyzed past promotions that had high conversions, and did my due diligence in speaking "the customers' language"--all foundational skills of conversion copywriting. We're currently driving traffic to this page and testing the results.

I'm very passionate about cancer, on a personal and professional level. Two years ago I worked for three months as a research assistant at the Florida Proton Therapy Institute. We spent the summer researching how well men between the ages of 50 to 90 responded to proton beam therapy for prostate cancer. Our efforts culminated in a published article on the outcomes of proton therapy treatment in the peer-reviewed medical journal cancer Acta Oncologica. My name is in the acknowledgements. This doesn't have much to do with copywriting, but it's a professional project that I'm passionate enough about to showcase. And it demonstrates my ability to conduct sound research for any type of project.
