I spend 90 percent of my time here.

We’ve discussed and agreed on what needs to be fixed. And the process has begun.

But before I write a single word of copy, I take a deep dive into understanding your business, competition, products and services, and customers.

I’ll mine your websites, personas, customer interviews, marketing collateral, and anything that helps me understand your business's value.

But most importantly…

I learn what your customers value about your business, using the language THEY USE to describe your solution and their pain points.

----- 3. Your Copy Gets Written & Submitted -----

I use my findings to sit down and write your copy.

I’ll make your website visitors feel what made them search for a solution like yours in the first place. Then present your product or service in a way that’s so compelling they can’t refuse.

----- 4. Final Handoff -----

Along with the finished copy, I’ll attach some suggestions for how I envision the copy’s design and presentation. But your designers can also use their expertise to frame it how they please.

And of course, all revisions are satisfied.

For this landing page, I exhaustively researched our buyers, analyzed past promotions that had high conversions, and did my due diligence in speaking "the customers' language"--all foundational skills of conversion copywriting. We're currently driving traffic to this page and testing the results.

Long-term outcomes following proton therapy for prostate cancer in young men with a focus on sexual health

I'm very passionate about cancer, on a personal and professional level. Two years ago I worked for three months as a research assistant at the Florida Proton Therapy Institute. We spent the summer researching how well men between the ages of 50 to 90 responded to proton beam therapy for prostate cancer. Our efforts culminated in a published article on the outcomes of proton therapy treatment in the peer-reviewed medical journal cancer Acta Oncologica. My name is in the acknowledgements. This doesn't have much to do with copywriting, but it's a professional project that I'm passionate enough about to showcase. And it demonstrates my ability to conduct sound research for any type of project.
