She is a civil engineering graduate from Lakehead University who has been working in the field for over six years. She has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering (Structural), and she also has an Advanced Diploma of Technology in Civil Engineering Technology. Cassandra is also a Palestinian-Canadian social justice advocate.
