I am from Cape Town, South Africa which is a stunning part of the world. I am passionate about holistic health and it's my goal to use my skills and knowledge to help others reach their goals, whether they be health goals or otherwise. I primarily write in the health niche and feel that this is a good way to make a positive change in the world. I have a group fitness training qualification and diplomas in personal nutrition and weight loss to better facilitate this goal. I am on a journey to become the best version of myself that I can be and I like to encourage others to do the same.

I enjoy reading, watching series and movies, spending time with family and friends, good wine, coffee, sushi and Italian food. I love music, both playing instruments and listening to it and of course, writing!
