Medical Copywriter & Communications Strategist

Hi, I’m Christina Bhattacharya, a California-based healthcare and medical writer with a flair for creating attractive, share-worthy, service-oriented content. After enlisting in the United States Airforce, I became a Physical Therapist Assistant and developed a fascination for writing about health and medicine. While enlisted, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Communications from the University of Maryland in 2003 and my Master of Science in Health Management (magna cum laude) in 2011.

In 2012, I decided to independently pursue health and medical writing and never looked back. I spent much of my early career writing online health content.

Since then I have over five years of healthcare and medical copywriting experience in more than 20 regional, national, and online publications under my belt. Persuasive, SEO-driven product copy, social media copywriting, and corporate blogging were a part of my responsibilities. Companies hire me for well-researched, informative, and flawless articles and posts.

Additionally, I am a member of the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA).

Today I am comfortable writing within wide-range of healthcare and medical specialties. Companies hire me to produce well-researched, informative, and flawless health and medical communications. In addition, my patient care background makes me the perfect choice when you need someone to complex medical and scientific information into sincere, captivating copy for patients.
