I founded my blog, Lady of Lyme, in 2011 as a Health & Wellness website that aimed to connect with patients while also offering resources and information. Along the way my passion grew for writing and I began taking on freelance work in 2014. Since then I have been a contributing writer for various websites & print publications such as The Mighty, ProHealth, Thought Catalogue and more. My work has been recognized by WeGo Health and Heathline with nominations and awards for blogging. My passion is writing, whether it's in the form of blogging or well researched articles. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which is my specialized niche, but I also excel in the genres of Health/Wellness and Lifestyle.
