• Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including naming conventions, list management, lead flow, completion actions, owners, etc.

I have extensive experience in B2B Marketing. One of my most rewarding positions was at SafeGuard World, a global payroll provider. When I joined in 2011, they had 50 employees but as a very young company, did not have a formal marketing department in place. I helped defined the brand and value propositions, built an online presence and established a highly-targeted database of prospective clients.

I worked closely with sales to create effective sales tools ranging from RFP responses, PowerPoint presentations and sales collateral to trade show coordination. I developed a lead nurturing/scoring program, and implemented social media and Pay Per click initiatives, while establishing and tracking KPIs and ROIs, which resulted in over 1000% ROI.

I also generated leads for potential channel partners and supported existing partners with training, sales tools and other cooperative marketing tools. As a member of the senior leadership team, reporting to the CEO, I helped take the company from $8M in revenue to over $30M and over 300 employees.
