From a young age, I have had a love and a fascination for words and writing. As a voracious young reader, I spent countless hours with my nose stuck in books, staying up well past my curfew reading into the wee hours when I simply HAD to know how the story ended. Sometimes it wasn’t fiction that kept me up, but rather an insatiable thirst for knowledge. Our family’s set of World Book Encyclopedias was a constant bedtime companion in the days before WiFi and Wikipedia. I would pick a letter, flip through, and just read whatever caught my fancy. It also wasn’t an unusual sight to find me browsing through the dictionary finding and defining new-to-me words.

In the years since then, I have developed a passion for the writing arts. Throughout school and in the years after I have always cherished the opportunity to craft words into meaningful, purposeful, and beautiful prose. Regardless of the project, I thrive off the challenge of crafting a unique voice into all of my work.
