As a veteran copywriter, broadcast/corporate video producer and journalist, I've worked with just about every type of client and written for every medium. I bring that wealth of valuable experience and confidence to every project...yet it's always accompanied by the same wide-eyed anticipation I had when I first poked on a typewriter. This job is pretty fun, after all.
Following a long and successful ad agency career, I launched a freelance copywriting & production business in 1995, added journalism to my repertoire, and, yep, I'm still wearing all the hats and working just as hard, taking creative projects from the earliest stages of branding, planning & identifying needs to strategy development, creative concept/copy and finally, award-winning finish.
I've worked in a wide variety of industry categories...(see my resume below for a full list) and my clients have included many national brands, including Hallmark Inc, United Way, Kansas Farm Bureau, Pease Doors, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Sonic Drive-In, Procter & Gamble, and Valvoline Motor Oil, as well as a big helping of regional and local names.
