Lisa is a registered dietitian nutritionist who helps her clients rebuild a healthy relationship with food. She gives clients the confidence and permission to get excited about the food they eat.
Her goal is to help people who feel overwhelmed with food choices improve their confidence in their ability to eat healthy foods. Lisa encourages clients to stop worrying about every little detail of what they eat and start seeing the bigger picture of health and happiness.
She specializes in the areas of weight management, eating disorders, geriatric nutrition, diabetes and heart disease. Lisa advocates for a mindful & intuitive eating approach to eating and always tailors her advice to your personal needs rather than taking a cookie-cutter approach to healthy eating.
