CASE STUDIES: A New England native, Daniel started in the book publishing business after training in graphic design. Quickly seeing more efficient ways to support the whole team he became a coordinator and editor, working with vendors, researching solutions and improving the page production workflow.
Starting in a graphic design role at CCA, Daniel built a creative services team including social media support, website development, digital asset management, video production crew and photo/video studio.
Recently a local manufacturer needed communications support for sales. Daniel worked within multiple departments in the company to streamline internal process and improve customer communication. The work included writing technical manuals, a new HR manual, creating internal brand consistency with image libraries and newsletters, photo and video marketing content, SEO, social media presence, and customer training curriculum for a paid certification course.
