I am a homemaker and wife, as well as mother to two young girls. My husband and I made the decision for me to be a stay at home mother after the birth of our youngest. Prior to that, I was a dog groomer for three years. I am passionate about my family, animals, and reading. I chose the name ‘A moose in Oklahoma’ for my blog because I have lived in New England my whole life, until this summer when we moved to Oklahoma. Maine and New Hampshire, the states I lived in, have a healthy population of moose, and I thought it would be a fun way of including where I am from in my blog title.
