Ticketmaster needed to notify new SaaS application users that 1.) their account was successfully created, 2.) all the tools within the app could be found in one place and 3.) the app was a work-in-progress that would be frequently updated with new features. As a solution, I created a brief welcome email that was sent to new users once their account was created, covering all the points mentioned above. A direct link to the SaaS app was added at the bottom of the email for users to easily navigate to right away.

Client support staff needed to be in-the-know regarding the products and services their clients were paying for (maintenance outages, product updates, critical information, promotional offers), and relay that information to clients as needed. As a solution, I wrote and co-edited a bi-weekly internal newsletter that informed client-facing staff of such information, serving as a single source of truth. I received several comments from the client-support staff about how helpful the newsletter was, and how they looked forward to receiving it in their inbox.
