I am an ambitious, resourceful self-starter with an M.Ed. and over 20 years of experience in domestic and international relations, communications, education, and marketing. Thriving in the workplace is when I am part of a multi-disciplinary team. I have proven adaptable, autonomous leadership skills in diverse, multicultural settings with, at times, limited resources. Transitioning to a digital content writer after teaching language arts, I created a health and wellness blog (The Vinegar Life) as a personal project and an example of my WordPress skills and writing. My past projects include a wide range of digital and print assignments. I was the main editor of a memoir sold on Amazon. I have also written science fiction short stories. Currently, I write and optimize marketing copy such as blog articles, social media posts, email campaigns, newsletters, press releases, recipes, case studies, eBooks, landing pages, and other website copy. I have years of experience heavily copyediting various documents for non-native English speakers/business owners, as I have lived and taught English in three different countries. I am a returned Peace Corps volunteer and previous language arts teacher with an M.Ed. Showcasing a brand or business in the spotlight, it deserves has led to high conversion rates (increased website traffic) and revenue for a variety of companies I work with.
