From blog posts to long form, meeting deadlines all the way!
My extensive writing experience ranges from social media posts and campaigns and blog posts to updated web site content to e-books and full length published books to online courses to workshop and seminar presentations to sales and operations manuals.
For the real estate industry, I have created more than 12,000 unique advertisements for properties around the country which have sold. Clients have included an official publication of the Los Angeles Assn. of Realtors (weekly open house updates for 7 years); RE/MAX of Texas (scripts for Houston TV Home Showcase); Premier R E Magazine (property ads and marketing); and hundreds of agents, brokers, and investors. I have also provided Feasibility Studies with market research on specific properties, one of which led to the sale of a motel.
In addition, I have created workshops and seminars (for real estate and small business), online courses, and numerous sales and operation manuals.
As a result, my writing abilities range from performing the appropriate research, expressing pros and cons of a subject, and presenting the results in short and/or long form.
Having worked in radio broadcasting for several years, as well has having taught part-time for seven semesters at Columbia College Chicago, I understand the importance of research and preparation, double checking my work, as well as meeting deadlines.
