Nutritionist-Dietitian/ Chef/ Mother of two/ Breastfeeding Advocate/ Entrepreneur
I have a bachelors degree in Nutrition with Philippine license for Nutritionist-Dietitian. For 12 years, I've been focusing my career on food service and nutrition. In 2011, I studied professional Culinary Arts and had an opportunity to do internship at The Broadmoor, Colorado Springs in 2012. Afterwards, worked as a Chef in Atlantis Dubai. I went home in 2014 to build my own business, a restaurant. In 2016, I opened the first diet delivery service in my hometown, Palawan. It has one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. I would love to share my experience in food and nutrition by being a content writer in clear voice. My advocacy includes healthy lifestyle as well as breastfeeding; as I am the first breastfeeding counselor in our small town. On the other hand, I do real estate during my free time because I believe that investing in Palawan is a right decision.
Nowadays aside from the business, I am a hands-on mom to 2 wonderful children; 2yr old daughter Malaia and 4yr old Matthew. My husband Michael, who is also a chef, is keeping me sane by helping me juggle business and family responsibilities.
