I am from Engineering background and have worked as TAC engineer (technical support) for 7 months and software engineer for 1+ years. As a part of the TAC job, I used to communicate with customers to go online and solve the issue. And moreover, I am currently pursuing an internship programme in article writing to improve my writing.
