I have had a passion for writing all of my life. I've been in the Quality/Customer Service business for over 35 years to include both the computer manufacturing and medical device fields, retiring in 2017. During that time, I authored technical process procedures compliant to medical device standards ISO:13485 and 14001, employee training documents and both led, and was part of, quality development teams. I am an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Quality Manager. I am also a professional voice artist with a home studio, able to produce audio books, commercials, e-learning and corporate training spots. I currently contribute monthly articles to my local newspaper. My articles incorporate nostalgia, with a bit of comedy and sass. I am flexible and know what it takes to be a valuable team member.
