I'm a graduate student from the University of Gastronomic Sciences, an atheneum that gave me the knowledge of food anthropology, sociology , and production of different areas of the word.
I've done study trip focused on local gastronomy in different location such as Italy, Perù, Argentina, South Korea, Croatia, and Japan. Now I live in Tokyo where I decided to move in order to improve my language skills and knowledge about Washoku, my big passion.
With my boyfriend Yosuke we run a website call Elydream, all related to Japanese life and food.
