A strategic thinker and creative visionary, Elisa Morales provides support for clients by leveraging her experience in program management, marketing communications, and management consulting. Throughout her career in the social impact sector, Elisa has developed programs, managed national partnerships, built social impact models for businesses, and led marketing and communications initiatives across a wide variety of organizations. Her work has spanned the social enterprise, corporate social responsibility, retail, and nonprofit sectors and includes organizations such as 31 Bits, Free Body Project, and Zana Africa. Most recently, Elisa worked at Social Enterprise Alliance, a national membership organization for social enterprise leaders. As the Strategic Partnerships Manager, she vetted and managed both local and national partners such as BBVA, Leesa, Causebox, Greyston Bakery, Kintone, Classy, and Farestart Catalyst Kitchens.
She is currently working as an independent consultant on topics related to social impact, social responsibility, and marketing.
Elisa is a graduate of the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University in Boston with an MBA in Nonprofit Management and MA in International Development.
