Hi, my name is Elizabeth! I currently hold a MSPH in Health Education and Health Communication from Johns Hopkins University and am a Certified Health Education Specialist. I have learned the science and skills behind communicating health information through coursework, internships, and research positions. I have found my niche in fitness and am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a UESCA Certified Running Coach. I am excited to continue pursuing my background in public health and fitness and use my passions to create accurate, understandable, and actionable information and tools.
