Interning for the advertising software platform DOmedia was a lesson in and utilizing SEO, writing for a B2B audience, and efficiently crafting compelling content. While working with designer bridal retailer Luxe Redux, I managed social media pages, wrote ecommerce descriptions, and created effective promotional emails. Insights I made from analyzing social media, Google, and Shopify performance helped the brand pivot to a digital marketing strategy that better supported e-commerce when COVID restrictions hampered in store sales.
Those email marketing skills proved vital in my work promoting the services of the psychiatric facility PPS and distributing press releases as an art representative for Textographies Studio. My ability to write search optimized product descriptions in an engaging voice has also helped me grow my own ecommerce business, selling handmade and vintage clothing.
