Hi there! I'm a holistic health, fitness and wellbeing expert with 15 years of industry experience. I write on topics including healthy eating tips, exercise, positive thinking, stress, sleep, weight loss, organic lifestyle, health and fitness motivation and goal setting and getting.

I lead an active, natural, outdoor lifestyle and am a 'digital nomad' so I can also include angles relevant to these life choices. In addition, I am mum to a 3 year old so I can produce content that speaks to mums and parents - for example, how to stay active and healthy as a mum.

I am the published author of 'Burning Fat for Good' - a holistic weight loss book (2014). I have been blogging and writing for a number of years and have written for a number of publications including NZ fitness magazine, Epic Mentors Magazine, Total Health Magazine, Style magazine, Her Business magazine, This and That magazine, and The Star Newspaper.

In recent months I have spent a lot of time researching and learning SEO so I can provide articles which are optimised for key phrases or keywords if required.

I hold a bachelors degree in physical education (majoring in exercise prescription) and fitness certification through the American College of Sports medicine.
