I am an editor, writer and content creator specialising in travel, food and lifestyle, and passionate about storytelling. Currently based in London, I’m an expert in editorial management and working with both mainstream media and independent brands, predominantly in Australia and the UK. My recent role as editor of celebrity chef Jamie Oliver’s award-winning lifestyle magazine (published by Hearst UK) enabled me to harmonise both worlds, delivering the Jamie Oliver Group’s particular ID and brand values to an AB newsstand audience. Previously, I have been deputy and travel editor of Australian Gourmet Traveller magazine, deputy editor and contributing writer for Gourmet Traveller WINE magazine and a Sydney-based freelance writer specialising in food and travel, sent on assignments everywhere from Finland to Fiji. I have contributed to numerous publications including Condé Nast Traveller, Marie Claire, The Weekend Australian, Good Weekend (Sydney Morning Herald), and British Airways High Life, Qantas and Virgin Australia inflight magazines, while my work with major organisations has included several high-profile campaigns for Sydney Opera House and Tourism Australia.
