Erin Sheehan is a Digital Mindfulness educator and cultivator of silence, engaging in an exploration of using our organic humanity to rebalance our minds in a tech culture. She is the co-founder of MAP Mindfulness, an organization that creates mindfulness programs for individuals and groups supported by the latest research in the growing field. She is immersed in the field with ongoing training with experts, attendance at key seminars, dedication to emerging research, and has a graduate degree in the field. Erin has developed innovative programming to merge mindfulness practice with our technology-driven behaviors and habits for children and adults. Erin is a professor of mindfulness studies at the Caspersen School of Graduate Studies at Drew University. She is a dedicated mother to her four growing children.
