We are accomplished digital marketing and direct response copywriters with over 30 years of combined experience in marketing, copywriting, management, customer support in the food industry. Bill Grover – I have worked in the food service industry for over 40 years. I graduated the Culinary Institute of America in 1981. Since then:
• I have worked as a commis de cuisine to the Chef in a few restaurants and resorts in New York, Washington, D.C., Switzerland, Tampa, Florida and Nashville, Tennessee.
• Vice President of a produce processing company,
• Managed a Papa John’s Pizza and a Bruegel's Bagel store
• worked in the wholesales seafood industry
• Managed a cooking and cleaning crew on offshore oil platforms.
My experiences are unique to any copywriter serving the food industry, making it easier for me to explain why your product, service or equipment is superior to your competition.
Norlela Grover – My 30-year work background is primarily management, customer support, IT and marketing. I worked:
• over 10 years with The American Red Cross (Biomedical) as Marketing Operations Manager and Customer Service Supervisor.
• 2 years as Accreditation Manager and Volunteer Coordinator for the 16th Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur.
• as a Microsoft Certified System Engineer and Microsoft Certified Trainer with more than 8 years of experience as an IT trainer.
• 10 years of secretarial and administration support in three countries.
Although we have different career paths, they helped us gain a better perspective and appreciation for marketing to a target audience. Together, we have written about many products for clients in the U.S., Canada, U.K., various European countries, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. With our insight into the different mindsets and cultures around the world, we can write effectively to your international customers and know how to find out what they want.
