For the past 5 years, I have managed the social media and online reputation of a 24 hour emergency and specialty veterinary clinic. My focus at the start was building an audience and encouraging engagement. The Facebook page now has a very loyal following of over 8,000 people who regularly engage with the page, I am able to facilitate appointments through messenger and convert people who have never heard of us before into clients.
My interest in social media comes from my obsessive nature. I love posting quality content and watching the likes and comments come in. If a post does not do as well as I had hoped, I also love analyzing why and coming up with new strategies that work.
