I have more than 20 years of experience as a writer and editor for newspapers, magazines, and websites in various industries. I have a Bachelor of Science in communications. I also wrote an award-winning book. I have done bylined and ghostwritten work in journalism, travel and tourism, environment, outdoor recreation, parenting and family, automotive, and marketing.
When I'm not working (or even when I am!) I like to be outdoors going camping, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, hiking, wildlife watching, and biking.
