He’s written three books and dozens of articles about IT consulting, and has presented his “Consulting Skills for IT Professionals” class to thousands, across the U.S., and in China, Japan, India, Sweden, UK, Germany, and Singapore. Rick is a frequent guest speaker at Project Management Institute conferences, Microsoft Partner conferences, and other industry events.
