Complex financial ideas. Clearly written

Think bonds are boring? I used to. That was before my first job as a reporter at The Bond Buyer, covering municipal bonds. I wrote about the investors who buy them and realized they were mainly ordinary folks who used them for retirement income because in retirement every dollar matters. I went on to cover mutual funds (when that was a thing) at InvestmentNews, the weekly geared toward financial advisors. I then worked at TheStreet and Money magazine, writing about mutual funds, investing and other personal finance topics.

Since I've been freelancing, I've written about almost every personal finance topic out there. both for publications and brands. My clients include CNBC.com, Kiplinger, Financial Planning, Fidelity, Prudential, Source Media, BMO Harris, Journal of Accountancy, State Farm, Northern Trust, Regions Bank and Lincoln Financial, among many others.
