Mr. Gracia was President and CEO of Seville Government Consulting, LLC. He lead consulting programs on effectively using digital services, data analytics, cyber security, and agile methodologies to innovative and transform government management. Mr. Gracia also has proficiency in small business operations and entrepreneurship, having owned and consulted on several ventures in the retail, government, and financial sectors. His expertise is focused on business to government (B2G) marketing, and helping small businesses with capture management and business development in the federal space.
He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, author, speaker. He is an active member of numerous trade and industry associations focusing on numerous federal government and contracting issues facing our nation.
