Jake White

I'm a recent college graduate from Doane College in Nebraska where I majored in Journalism & Media.

I've always had a love of writing, and I've always been good at it. I have several awards to my name for my writing abilities most in news writing, but others in creative and essay writing. I've also been published in several publications, such as at least three newspapers, a magazine, two poetry anthologies, and I've self-published two books of poems.

The genres I can write vary - I can do journalism articles, how-to's, creative pieces, poetry, and fluff pieces. I've also held jobs that required me to write for online platforms such as blogs and social media for companies. I've also written speeches, including a presentation for a management training class.

My passions are music and culture, but I can fall in love with almost any kind of topic.
