James Silcox Coast Guard

From 2010 to 2012, James Silcox Coast Guard served as the executive officer aboard USCGC Valiant which was homeported in Miami Beach, FL. Onboard this cutter, he was responsible for ensuring the training and readiness of almost 100 crewmembers. For James Silcox, the highlight of this role was being involved in the rescue of over 400 migrants at sea.
