I have an AA in Applied Science Paralegal and BA in Chemistry and Scientific Writing and I am now seeking a position to begin my career and expand my knowledge in the academic field. My current position as an Independent Paralegal researcher/Freelance writer has been a great introduction to working in the academic environment. I have been working part-time in this position for the past 9 years and have learned all the basics, including researching information for and writing academic articles and documentation. Additionally, I also developed great customer service skills through my previous positions.
