I have a B.A in Journalism/Communications from the University of Bridgeport and an A.S. in Food Service Management from Naugatuck Valley Technical Community College. I have written about food, nutrition, hospitality, lifestyle, travel, and health.for online publications. Online publications I have written copy for are Paste, Atlantic Imaging , E-How, Trails, Travels, Man Made, The Examiner, News Hub, and web design companies. I have written web copy, blogs, articles and press releases, and product descriptions.
I take digital photos as well. My Internet research skills are good. Some of the print publications, I have written for are IGA Grocergram, Home Cooking, Cub Family Life, The Christian Science Monitor, She Knows, and Cranberry Magazine. I have written as a ghost writer for Writers Access, TextBroker, on variety of topics about restaurants, hotels, cooking , recipes, and products. I have developed recipes and tested them.
