For more than 15 years, I have edited and written printed and web-based content for multiple audiences—including customers, consumers, end users, support staff, and executives. I’m currently developing short- and long-form marketing content for a number of primarily tech customers in the content marketing space, including product briefs, marketing emails, articles, infographics, white papers, eLearning content, case studies, brochures, social media tiles, and SEO-optimized website content.
