John Parks has spent over 35 years in developing business strategy and organizational transformation. He has worked for three (3) Fortune 500 companies in high-speed manufacturing and in non-profit organizations. He specializes in developing organizational strategies, restructuring, learning & development models, and productivity improvement. During his career, he has managed over 3,000 employees, operating budgets totaling over 500 million dollars, and assets totaling over 1.5 billion dollars. During this timeframe, he has reduced operating costs by over $125 million. He retired from corporate America in 2007 to pursue his own personal career interests.
He graduated from Tennessee State University of Nashville, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Business Degree from Wake Forest University of Winston Salem, NC, and Executive Program in Strategy and Organization from Stanford University.
He founded John C. Parks, LLC in 2007. John C. Parks, LLC consist of three (3) business divisions: Big Idea Consulting, NEW GEN Training, and The Gathering International Network. John C. Parks, LLC assists a wide range of clients from entrepreneurs to large corporations, academic institutions, non-profits, and companies/corporations on an international basis. He works with the success of the clients in mind as the number one priority.
John Parks is also author of five (5) books and has three (3) patents pending. He is a business consultant, strategic advisor, author, lecturer, and inventor.
