Hello! My name is Jordan. I am a freelance writer, editor, food blogger, and culinary content specialist! I started my career in the food business as a line cook, in a small family owned Italian restaurant. From there, I went on to culinary school, at the Travel Institute of the Pacific in Honolulu. I cooked in several very fine restaurants, before I changed paths and started training as a butcher.
