Jorge Colberg-Toro is a former Public Affairs Secretary and Communications Director of the Governor of Puerto Rico and a Former member of the House of Representatives. He writes about government issues, public policy strategies, education, public finances, political and electoral issues. He also writes messages, press releases, columns for newspapers, magazines and academic publications. He is a College Professor of the Master's Degree Program in Government at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and a legislative and communications consultant. Jorge Colberg-Toro escribe sobre temas de gobierno, política pública, educación, finanzas públicas, temas de política. Asimismo, redacta mensajes, comunicados de prensa, columnas para periódicos, revistas y publicaciones académicas. Es Profesor Universitario de Programa de Maestría en Gobierno de la Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico y consultor legislativo y de comunicaciones.

Prof. Colberg-Toro is a former Public Affairs Secretary of the Governor of Puerto Rico under two different administrations and also a former member of the House of Representatives in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Actually, he is a TV and Radio commentator, a paper columnist, and a legislative and communications consultant. His Master Degree Graduation Thesis was about the Public Debt of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He also is the author of two books: Agenda de Cambios (2008) and Pacto de Futuro (2010), both of them about the future of the political status of Puerto Rico.
