Hi there! My name's Josh, and I live in Gilbert, AZ with my wife and daughter. I have a decade of experience in the corporate world doing things like building training modules, writing job aids, improving processes, building stakeholder and subject matter expert (SME) relationships, crafting emails, improving metrics, training leadership staff, and making complex processes easier to understand. I also love blogging, photography, and a good local donut shop.
I have experience with a variety of organizations, from startups to Fortune 100 companies. I'm also versatile with subject matter; I've learned things like electricity distribution, health insurance claim processing, customer service metrics, asset management, and more.
Another thing I've done a lot of in my career (professional and volunteer) is training/teaching. I've trained medical doctors, and I've taught second graders. I've built training for college-aged employees and more senior workers. I've started teaching my almost-two-year-old daughter how to count, and I've taught high schoolers about Jesus.
But if I had to pick a specialty, it'd be helping people understand complicated processes that revolve around the use of industry-specific software. Or blogging about spirituality-related things. Or urban photography.
