Juliana is a freelance marketing communications strategist, copywriter, and journalist with over 15 years experience across the luxury hospitality, travel, and advertising industries. She was most recently a consultant at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts global corporate office for over four years, where she adapted global strategies for the APAC market, as well as conducted training and workshops, giving counsel on PR media pitches for different markets across all platforms. She also lectures part-time lecturer at General Assembly Singapore and Hong Kong University Space.
