I have worked in the telecommunications industry for the past 10 years. I am a Communications Coordinator and a Case Manager for my company. As the Communications Coordinator I create professional communications for the company advertising upcoming events, news, and good to know information for the employees. As a Case Manager I manage all written correspondence for the company. This includes overseeing our social media team by providing coaching, and assistance for escalated issues. I also manage all e-mails, letters, and faxes from customers and employees. I create professional e-mail responses and customer communications that are used company wide.
