With years of experience in contact centres and running my own businesses, I'm able to combine past education and real world experience into valuable management skills, insight and vision. I have advanced experience building and maintaining forecasts, hiring plans, schedules, building spreadsheets in Google Sheets, general contact centre operations and management and running businesses and websites on the Shopify platform.
After many years of informal technical writing, I decided to formalize my abilities and now have a certificate in Technical Writing.
I'm primarily interested in the operations side of business management, particularly in contact centres, customer service or similar areas. I also have a passion for technology, and stay up to date on all the latest and greatest tools and software.
